Living on a farm has shaped my perspective on how I can contribute to our community. My grandparents instilled in me the values that continue to guide me, values I believe are foundational to the state of Michigan. These principles, grounded in common sense and faith, are ones I hope to revive for everyone.

Having spent most of my life in Kent City, I've developed a deep understanding of agriculture and the dedication required to manage a small family farm. My family runs an apple orchard and grows field crops; this environment is where I learned what I stand for and where I raised my own family.

 

As a father of five, a husband for over twenty years, and a small business owner, I recognize the many blessings in my life. Now, I feel called to a new purpose—to serve you. I believe your voice matters and deserves representation in Lansing. My goal is to be a true advocate for you and help restore the people's voice.
